Job Description

About iterco & iterhaus

iterco is an award-winning indie game publisher headquartered in Singapore. Since 2019, we've worked with studios across the world to launch standout games and help creators win.

Now we're building something physical.

iterhaus is a premium creator hub in South Jakarta designed for Indonesia's game industry. Part cafe, part private workspace, part ecosystem HQ. A place where developers, founders, artists, publishers, and players can meet, work, and build real projects together.

We're looking for someone exceptional to run it.

The Role

You won't just manage a space. You'll help build one of the most important hubs for gaming talent in Southeast Asia.

You'll own growth, occupancy, member experience, partnerships, operations, and community energy.

If you like high ownership, fast decisions, ambitious targets, and building things from zero, keep reading.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Sales & Occupancy: Find new members and studios to join the space. You will be responsible for hitting sales targets and making sure the desks and offices are filled.
  • Handle Member Onboarding: Manage the full sign-up process for new members through our digital portal and issue their membership access cards.
  • Manage Space Operations: Oversee the daily flow between the public cafe and the private work areas. Coordinate with local vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and supplies to keep the haus in top shape.
  • Business Growth: Identify ways to increase revenue, such as moving casual users to full memberships or booking out the space for industry events.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with everyone from solo indie developers to executives from international partners.
  • Negotiate Deals: Handle pricing and contract negotiations for studio teams and long-term partnerships to ensure the space is profitable.
  • Community Engagement: Keep the community active through digital channels (like WhatsApp) and by organizing networking sessions and events.
  • Data & Feedback: Keep accurate records of member feedback and interactions to help our team improve the space and our digital tools.
  • Be a Mobile Info Hub: Roam the floor as the main point of contact. Because there is no fixed reception desk, you are responsible for spotting guests who need help, guiding people through the space, and being the human interface for iterhaus.

What We're Looking For
  • Sales & Results Driven: You have experience in sales or account management and know how to close a deal and hit occupancy targets.
  • Tech-Friendly: You are comfortable using modern apps, digital dashboards, and online payment systems.
  • Hospitality Mindset: You have great people skills and understand how to provide a welcoming, premium experience.
  • Natural Problem Solver: You are proactive and don't wait for instructions to fix things when they aren't working for our members.
  • Ecosystem Builder: You enjoy connecting people and can spot opportunities for members to collaborate on projects.
  • Bilingual: You can communicate clearly and professionally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in co-working, hospitality, or startup operations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing.
  • An interest in the indie games, their development or the broader tech ecosystem.
