What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new business and channel opportunities to drive revenue and long‑term growth
- Conduct market and industry analysis, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with potential customers, distributors, and business partners
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and alignment with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation
- Support and coach sales teams to enable effective channel activation and performance improvement
- Monitor performance, evaluate results, and continuously refine channel development strategies
Who You Are
- Solid experience in Sales, Channel Development, or Business Development, preferably within pharmacy and/or modern trade
- Exposure to international or large national market operations
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions
- Creative and strategic thinking in identifying new opportunities for growth
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in growing markets
