Job Description
Onboard existing local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day)
Visit potential community (6 community/day)
Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community Acquires
Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
Maintain engagement with Community.
Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction
Requirements:
D3 (experienced candidates preferred; fresh graduates are welcome).
1 year proven experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for grassroots engagement and community empowerment.

Skill to engage to customers
