Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for any potential sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations across beauty brands.
• Crafting and managing an offline (gathering, social activity, support marketing brand, and such) & online community activation (class, group discussion, and such).
• Actively connecting and mingling with the community and any external stakeholders through social media and group discussion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or any relevant major.
• At least one or two years of experience in managing a beauty, lifestyle, and/or fashion community.
• Experienced handling end-to-end offline and online activities.
• Strong connections with any potential stakeholders for collaboration, sponsorship, and partnership (brand, influential & inspiring people, and KOL) .
• Stays current with the latest trends, hypes, virals, and/or nowadays trends, especially in beauty.
• Ability to use basic editing tools to create photos and videos for social media purposes.
• An extrovert person with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An initiator with wild ideas.
