Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Commission Sales Associate will engage in daily sales activities, including establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing product information, and closing sales deals. The role requires a mix of in-office presence and the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasive Skills
- Ability to Identify Sales Opportunities and Close Deals
- Proficient in using CRM Software and Other Sales Tools
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
