Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Surabaya. The Commission Sales Associate will actively identify potential clients, build and maintain client relationships, and promote the company's financial products and services. The role involves client consultations, understanding their investment needs, and providing financial solutions. The associate will also track market trends, achieve sales targets, and attend relevant training to stay updated in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver compelling sales pitches and build client trust
- Sales, relationship management, and customer service experience in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of trading, financial markets, and derivatives is preferred
- Proficiency in using online trading tools and platforms to assist clients effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Capability to work independently and collaborate in team environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in English is a plus
