PERSOL Indonesia is currently looking for Commercial & Pricing Analyst and this role will take place in Pasuruan, East Java
To support regional business growth by providing pricing analysis, commercial insights, and financial evaluation. This role will work closely with regional sales, finance, and product development teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and improve commercial performance across multiple markets
Job Responsibility
Commercial Analyst
- Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management
- Support sales teams with data insights and business analysis
- Analyze sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends across regional markets
- Identify growth opportunities and margin improvement strategies
- Evaluate commercial performance by product, customer, and market segment
- Work closely with sales, finance, and product development teams to support strategic planning
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning activities
Pricing
- Prepare costing and pricing calculations for quotations, tenders, and new projects by working closely with related departments (finance, sales and product development)
- Analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability to support pricing decisions
- Develop and maintain pricing models and pricing structures for products and customers
- Support sales teams during pricing negotiations and customer proposals
- Perform regularly pricing tools updates and checks for completeness
- Run special edition pricing calculations
- Maintain pricing handbook
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, production and product development teams to validate cost assumptions
Reporting & Others
- Work on continuous improvement of processes and reports
- Regularly conduct plant and portfolio profitability analysis
- Perform regular performance reviews to identify leakages and follow up for cost recovery with key stakeholders
- Prepare and update following reports:
- Market share report
- Sales Force Dashboard Commercial update
- Internal and external ad hoc reports
