About Status Pro Sport

Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals who support our clients throughout their entire journey. We represent our clients interests to help them achieve maximum results, both on and off the pitch. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we have also been active in Indonesia.

As Commercial Manager for Marc Klok, you will be responsible for managing and executing all commercial activities related to Marc Klok's brand, partnerships, endorsements, and commercial opportunities. This is a hands-on managerial role, focused on sales execution, partnership management, deal coordination, and revenue realization.

You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and Marc Klok's personal ecosystem to ensure commercial opportunities are translated into structured, executable, and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Manage and execute commercial activities for Marc Klok, including sponsorships, endorsements, partnerships, and brand collaborations.

Identify, pursue, and follow up on commercial opportunities aligned with Marc Klok's brand positioning and career objectives.

Lead deal execution from initial discussions through negotiation, contracting, and activation coordination.

Maintain and manage the commercial pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress toward closure.

Coordinate with internal operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure deals are feasible, compliant, and deliverable.

Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, pricing structures, and partnership concepts.

Manage relationships with brands, agencies, clubs, event organizers, and corporate partners.

Support the development of Marc Klok's personal brand strategy from a commercial and partnership perspective.

Track commercial performance, revenue realization, and partnership deliverables.

Represent Marc Klok and Status Pro Sport in commercial meetings, pitches, and negotiations as required.

Able to manage P&L report based on revenue realization.

Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Marc Klok's personal values and public image.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial management, sales, partnerships, or business development.

Experience in sports, athlete management, media, marketing agencies, or brand partnerships is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage deals from prospecting to execution and closure.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Practical understanding of sponsorship, endorsement, and partnership revenue models.

Execution-focused mindset with good organizational and follow-up discipline.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment.

Strong attention to detail and accountability in managing multiple stakeholders.

Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia required.
