Role Description
Wiradoor is one of Indonesia's leading manufacturers of high-quality wooden doors. To further strengthen our position in the domestic market, we are looking for an energetic and driven Commercial Manager who will act as a key commercial partner to our Board of Directors based in Medan, while being operationally based in Jakarta.
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: supporting the Board commercially, leading a small team, and driving growth across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a commercial partner to the Board of Directors in Medan, supporting them in daily commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small sales team and commercial admin staff; set targets, monitor performance and coach the team.
- Grow Wiradoor's presence in the Indonesian domestic market, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, project customers, developers, contractors and key accounts.
- Translate commercial strategy into concrete sales plans, targets and activities.
- Identify new opportunities, follow up leads, negotiate and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, and report regularly to the Board.
- Be based in Jakarta while travelling regularly to Medan and other regions in Indonesia for customer visits, market development and coordination with the Board.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (57 years) in sales, commercial management or business development, preferably in building materials, doors, wood products, interior or related industries.
- Experience in leading a small team (sales and/or commercial support).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with both operational teams and senior management.
- A true commercial go-getter: persistent, energetic, result-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Able to balance supporting the Board with taking ownership and making things happen in the field.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia, including regular trips between Jakarta and Medan.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English (both spoken and written).
