Role Overview
We are continuously developing our Commercial Finance Talent Pipeline to strengthen our financial governance and ensure long-term organizational growth.
This initiative is designed for finance professionals with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controller functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end AR operations: revenue recognition, invoicing, reconciliation, and collection management.
- Manage and control budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure proper financial reporting and variance analysis, especially on deductions, claims, and revenue discrepancies from Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve billing, collection, and deduction issues.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Coach and develop finance team members to strengthen capability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable management, financial controlling, and budgeting & forecasting.
- Solid understanding of Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) operations within FMCG, retail, or beauty industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performing finance team.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with fluency in English preferred.
