Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Sales and Marketing functions to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets in line with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies, including market penetration, service line growth, physician referral development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive performance management, target setting, forecasting, and pipeline monitoring to ensure consistent achievement of commercial KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with hospital management, medical teams, and operational functions to align commercial initiatives with service capacity and patient experience.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and internal governance.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing Sales and Marketing teams with a strong results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles within hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries, including senior leadership experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare markets, referral dynamics, and service-based sales models.
  • Highly target-oriented with strong analytical, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with senior executives.
