Lead and manage Sales and Marketing functions to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets in line with corporate objectives.
Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies, including market penetration, service line growth, physician referral development, and strategic partnerships.
Drive performance management, target setting, forecasting, and pipeline monitoring to ensure consistent achievement of commercial KPIs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with hospital management, medical teams, and operational functions to align commercial initiatives with service capacity and patient experience.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and internal governance.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing Sales and Marketing teams with a strong results-oriented culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles within hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries, including senior leadership experience.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets in a regulated healthcare environment.
Solid understanding of healthcare markets, referral dynamics, and service-based sales models.
Highly target-oriented with strong analytical, negotiation, and execution skills.
Proven leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with senior executives.
