Commercial Coordinator (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)

Job Description:

• Lead all commercial activities at all projects in company

• Oversee tendering, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiation.

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, reporting m monitoring cash flow for MEP packages.

• Handle claims, variations, and change management in line with contract requirements.

• Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in same as position at MEP Project
• Strong MEP background with proven experience on data centre or mission – critical project
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skill
• Ability to manage large project values and multiple project portfolios
• Having good knowledge about Controlling budget process
• Familiar with Ms Office and having good presentation skill
• Willing to be placed at all Project Berca
