Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and take care of the Collection vendors performance, give suggestions to improve
  • Report the performance results to vendors
  • Give training to vendors
  • Visit the vendors, work together with other departments to make the audit plan and schedule

Requirements

  • Communicate fluently in English is a must (Mandarin will be highly prioritized)
  • Able to handle data, making reports, and public speaking
  • Have a clear logic and good communication skill
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia (max. 1 week)
  • Have collection background / worked in collection area more than 2 years
  • Quick learner, smart thinker, flexible, and self-motivated
