Job Summary
The Collection Training and Quality Control Manager (International) is responsible for training and quality assurance within a fintech collections environment, ensuring high recovery performance, customer-centric interactions, and strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs in English language for Kredivo International Collection Teams
- Monitor calls, chats, and system activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Coach agents on collection processes, tools, strategies, and customer engagement
- Maintain quality scorecards and performance reports
- Liaise with Strategy, Process Improvement, Complaint Handling, Compliance and Collection Operations teams to ensure smooth collection operation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of collections experience, preferably in fintech, digital lending, or financial services
- Strong understanding of collections, training methods and quality control process
- Excellent training, coaching, and analytical skills
- Experience and mastery in creating training modules in Moodle
- Good communication skill in English language is a mandatory
