  • Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs that drive business improvement.
  • Analyze overall collection team needs based on competencies, skill gaps, and business updates.
  • Provide various training and coaching sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Design training materials, workshops, and modules based on collection needs.
  • Monitor training schedules and ensure delivery is executed as planned.
  • Manage the training team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in collection training
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good collaboration for improvement
  • Has experience using training tools/LMS (Moodle is preferred)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and non-vebal
