What you will do
- Teaching and facilitating students in private (1-on-1) or group sessions in IELTS test preparation for all IELTS components online and offline, including at Siap Kuliah partner schools or institutions.
- Creating lesson plans, learning materials, and practice questions, which include IELTS simulation questions.
- Reviewing, assessing, and providing feedback on each student's work.
- Creating student progress reports.
- Willing to teach during and after work/school hours to adhere to the student's school schedule, including evening and weekend sessions.
- Serving as an assessor for the IELTS Test Simulation, including roles as administrator, proctor, and examiner
- Actively participate in the development of the IELTS curriculum and teaching materials.
- Serving as a promotional resource and adviser to prospective Siap Kuliah users.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 level majoring in English Education or English Literature. Master's degree holders are preferred, especially those from overseas.
- Have taken the IELTS test and obtained an overall score of at least 7.5.
- Have at least one year of IELTS teaching experience.
- Able to use online learning tools such as LMS, Zoom, and interactive webpages
- Preferred domiciled in Jabodetabek.
