Job Description

Supervise the daily activities of desk/field collectors in performing collection tasks.
Ensure all collection activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Monitoring both desk and field collection performance & productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team KPI.
Coordinate with internal or external stakeholders regarding asset, hiring process and quality evaluation.
Prepare and submit collection reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, credit management, fintech or banking industry.
Strong leadership skills, including experience supervising and motivating a team.
Prior experience and knowledge in the desk & field collection process/strategy is a plus.
Familiar with OJK regulations or compliance standards in the fintech or other lending sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure and meet performance targets.
