Provide analysis of Consumer Collection and Recovery performance and providing feedback of recommendation actions to improve effectiveness to Head of Consumer Collection and Recovery, Group Head and Division Head
To develop, implement and calibrate the monitoring tools in Consumer Collection and Recoveries – to ensure that these monitoring tools are supporting the strategies effectively and efficiently.
To produce an adhoc reports from management, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and meet the requirement standards
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree, Major in IT or Statistics would be an advantage
5 years working experience collection banking industry
