Develop, monitor, and optimize collection strategies to ensure collection activities run effectively and in line with company policies.
Support collection operations by ensuring collection infrastructure and tools function properly.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders related to collection systems and infrastructure (IT, RCMS, IVR, AI, Autodialer, Telephony, WhatsApp Blast, etc.)
Monitor collection processes and provide troubleshooting support when needed.
Prepare and analyze collection reports and data to support business decisions.
Work closely with MIS, Desk Collection, and Field Collection teams to develop effective collection strategies.
Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to improve collection effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Utilize SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to process and analyze large datasets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Collection MIS, Collection Strategy, or related roles in banking/fintech.
Strong understanding of collection flow and collection metrics (DPD, recovery, etc.)
Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WPS)
Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
Familiar with UML, flowcharts, and API-to-API concepts.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills across teams.
