Develop and maintain operational monitoring tools (dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking systems) to support managers in overseeing processes and making data-driven decisions.
Manage the timely and accurate distribution of reports to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring each business unit receives information aligned with its functions and responsibilities.
Develop and implement non-financial motivation programs (such as recognition programs, team competitions, and appreciation events) to improve Collection team morale and engagement.
Formulate and design new incentive schemes (including incentive scheme backtesting) to ensure effectiveness in driving target achievement while maintaining financial sustainability.
Translate Collection business requirements into technical and data specifications that can be processed by the Collection Analytics team.
Serve as the main point of contact for the Collection Division in coordinating and communicating with relevant internal business units.
Prepare periodic operational performance and quality assurance evaluation reports for operational management teams, including improvement recommendations and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable University
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
