Job Descriptions :
- Lead and drive overall collection strategy to achieve business targets and optimize recovery performance.
- Monitor key collection metrics and translate data into actionable insights and strategic improvements.
- Develop and implement data-driven collection strategies, including segmentation and recovery approaches.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards across all collection activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Operations) to enhance collection effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to optimize collection performance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, and 5 years professional experience preferably in collections, credit, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and use insights to improve collection strategies.
- Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese speaking and writing is a must
- Good understanding of collection processes, restructuring, and recovery strategies.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, INDEX, etc.) for data processing and analysis.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
