Job Description Summary :

The Data Center Operation Collaboration analyst handles the day to day operations of the Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes platform.

Job Description:

1. Ensuring all collaboration infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
2. Ensuring that all collaboration infrastructure are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions
3. Executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
4. Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
5. Executing continuous improvement plans.

Job Requirement:

• MinimumBachelor's degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least1-2 years of experiencein IT support, system implementation, or a similar role

• Proficient inhardware/software installationandbasic troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving
