Co-Project Manager (with .NET Development Background)

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a .NET Developer before moving into project management.
• 12 years of experience in project coordination or project management role (banking or financial industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, REST API, and software architecture principles.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Review and validate technical solutions, leveraging your experience in .NET technologies.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate between business users and technical teams for smooth communication.
• Support in resource allocation and task prioritization.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, security standards, and company policies.
