Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder/Business Development professional. The role is located in Jatiasih, Bekasi, but some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Co-Founder/Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver tailored solutions to clients. This role is part of the founding team, with responsibility for establishing the agencys market presence and revenue streams during its early growth stage.

• Comfortable working in part-time, commission/profit-sharing structures without fixed salary during the initial phase
