Summary
Under direct supervision, responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil manufactured assemblies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform routine equipment operation and another machine related assigned task.
- Hand over with previous and after shift team members related with the task.
- Produce good parts (refer to the process plan).
- Fill the document during operating the machine.
- Understand and/or able to operate production machine.
- Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
- Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally through visual aids and set-up sheets.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Fresh graduate of High School Diploma or Equivalent required, or
- 6 months to 1 year experience
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job relate
Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge CNC machine operations (Milling vertical, Milling horizontal)
- Knowledge about deburring work
- Knowledge about measuring tools and GD&T
- Knowledge about reading engineering-drawing/blueprint is preferred
- Knowledge about FOD
- Knowledge about in-process inspection
