Role: L1 Support - Cloud Security
Location: Jakarta Selatan
Type: Contract
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as a cloud engineer in a CSP AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience operating native cloud solutions in a CSP AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Beginner-level certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Minimum D3 education or equivalent
Scope of work / responsible as the following:
- Performing 24x7 monitoring of security posturing tools using native tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, GCP SCC).)
- Performing 24x7 monitoring of security services/tools, both native services and third-party solutions.
- Recording and classifying operational incidents based on severity, type, and incident details.
- Executing escalation procedures to Tier 2 if the incident exceeds the Tier 1 guidelines or technical guidelines.
- Providing daily checks/reports regarding posture status, service health, operational tasks, and system alert notifications.
- Performing simple health checks on cloud security resources.
- Executing routine operational tasks documented in the technical guidelines (e.g., managing users, managing firewalls, managing SSI, managing KMS, etc.).
- Performing basic troubleshooting for identity access, network connectivity, etc., in accordance with the technical guidelines/operational playbooks.
