Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our aesthetic devices.
- Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge and clinical insights during customer interactions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our devices.
- Assist in creating and updating training materials and manuals for sales team and customers.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers to ensure optimal product use and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance training programs and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) with a valid & active professional license (STR).
- Experienced as an Aesthetic Doctor.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Capable of performing medical aesthetic procedures (especially in using laser and energy based devices), with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to provide appropriate treatment recommendations to patients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and equipped with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes.
- Proficient in English.
- Available to work full-time (Monday–Friday).
