Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Trainer at PT. Redo Marketing Indonesia located in Tangerang. The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for providing training, education, and support to healthcare professionals. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, conducting research on clinical practices, and collaborating with medical staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement clinical training programs for clients through out indonesia

2. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using diverse methodologies (e.g., lectures, simulations, workshops)

3. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

4. Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic practices, technologies, and regulations.

5. Mentor and provide guidance to clients on clinical skills and professional development.

6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

7. Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Education and Training skills
• Research skills in clinical practices
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing from a reputable university.
• Valid nursing license.
• prefferably having Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
