About The Role
Join Sonders dynamic AOD team delivering safe, evidence-based in-home withdrawal support. You&aposll provide clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and nursing care to individuals withdrawing from substances in their own homes. Work closely with Clinical Workers, Peer Practitioners, and GPs, with comprehensive Pre- and After-Care support.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum 2 years supervised experience in the area of clinical AOD service delivery.
- A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Qualification And Other Requirements
- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children&aposs Check (WWCC)
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Registered Nurse registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australian and who holds, or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
- Minimum three years post registration experience
- Experience working in community nursing setting, Alcohol and other drugs and / mental health nursing
