Job Description

Job Summary

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training programs to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Develop training project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., trainers, facility management, finance, external partners).
  • Monitor and control training budgets and costs.
  • Prepare comprehensive training reports, including evaluations of methods, materials, trainers, facilities, pre/post-test results, and expenses.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Perawat Profesi/Ners) required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in training delivery or as a trainer (CNE, Trainer, Instructor, Facilitator).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation methods and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage budgets and monitor cost control effectively.
  • Full WFO - Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
