Hello! We are looking for Clinical Director to lead our Clinical Team in providing free services for mental health and addiction recovery in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead evidence-based addiction & mental health programs, including setting clinical standards and tracking outcomes.
- Manage and support clinical staff, including recruitment, supervision, and guidance on complex cases.
- Oversee program quality, client care, and crisis response, ensuring culturally competent services.
- Ensure compliance, proper documentation, and ethical, confidential care.
- Provide direct clinical services when needed, including assessment, counselling, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate internally while representing the organization's clinical programs.
Qualifications:
- Physically and mentally fit, based in Bali (preferably Badung/Denpasar).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Master's is a plus), with research experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical, educational, or social settings, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong interest in community work, confident in public speaking, and able to communicate in English.
- Demonstrates professional ethics, confidentiality, empathy, and objectivity.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the Clinical Team, Chairman and Operations Manager.
- Duty station is in Dalung, Kuta Utara.
- Full-time role (40 hours/week).
- Starting salary IDR 7,000,000 (negotiable).
- 3-month probation period applies.
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required (with prior notice).
