Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Supervisor at PT. Calysta Prima Estetik I Calysta Skin Clinic located in Jakarta. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure quality customer service, targer oriented, and maintain operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
- Manage the team at the branch and ensure the team works according to their responsibilities
- Lead regular briefings at the branch
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgets and quality service meet company standards
- Supervise and evaluate team performance
- Supervise and coordinate with the central team on building maintenance and clinic equipment
- Build good relationships with loyal customers
- Marketing activities in the clinic environment and other things according to direction to support the effectiveness and productivity of the clinic
- Make routine monthly administration reports routinely with needs
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in all major
- Have 2 years of experience as a Clinic Supervisor or Supervisor in general
- Strong knowledge in skincare / beauty industry is a must
- Able to work with targets
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Have good communication skill to maintain customer engagement & customer satisfication
