Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and customer growth in the short, medium, and long term to ensure clinic sales and customer growth in the assigned area.
Analyze the performance of clinics in the managed area, identify weaknesses in underperforming clinics, and develop strategies to improve performance and drive area growth.
Analyze the characteristics and types of customers within the managed area and provide input for marketing activities and clinic services to increase active customers.
Collaborate with teams and related functions to plan and evaluate initiatives implemented in clinics within the district, including marketing activities, product launches, and ongoing programs, ensuring relevance to the area's customer characteristics.
Conduct regular monitoring with Clinic Leaders to assess operational efficiency, clinic service quality, and revenue performance, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop effective monitoring and evaluation systems for clinic performance, including business performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance, to support accurate analysis and improvement initiatives.
Ensure that company budgets related to clinic activities are utilized effectively and efficiently to maintain optimal budget realization.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Pharmacy).
At least 5 years of experience in Clinic/Healthcare/Hospitality as a Branch Leader, Area Leader, or Territorial Leader.
Relevant knowledge of the clinical industry.
Proficient in product and service knowledge, customer service management, data analysis, and legal & risk management.
