Role Description

As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of connection between Tiara Hana and our distinguished clientele. This role is built on trust, expertise, and the ability to guide high-net-worth individuals through a unique co-ownership journey.

You will lead a client-facing team while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium experience Tiara Hana stands for from the very first conversation to long after the co-ownership agreement is signed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the co-ownership journey.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the client relations team to consistently deliver a world-class experience.
  • Guiding clients through the co-ownership process with a consultative approach understanding their lifestyle goals and investment expectations.
  • Delivering compelling, personalized presentations that communicate both the experiential and financial value of Tiara Hana's offerings.
  • Managing the full client lifecycle from initial engagement and needs discovery, through to closing and ongoing post-ownership relationship management.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience at every stage.
  • Monitoring client feedback and market trends to continuously refine the client engagement approach.
  • Representing Tiara Hana's brand with professionalism, warmth, and authority in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in client relationship management, sales manager, or high-value consultative sales consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a client-facing team.
  • Natural ability to execute a consultative, solution-based approach focused on understanding client needs rather than pushing a transaction.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Background in luxury real estate, hospitality, or wealth/investment-related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with confident professional presence; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
