Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet the company's target of AUM within one year.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients, including HNWI, institutions, and other key stakeholders in the capital market.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent client growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor investment solutions to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company's investment strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, enhancing the company's brand presence in the market.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Prepare and present investment solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the company's strengths in risk management, corporate governance, and long-term growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S-1) in any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the asset management, banking, or insurance sectors.
  • Active WPPE or WAPERD license from OJK is mandatory.
  • Extensive network with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients in the capital markets.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of online investment platforms (RDO - Reksa Dana Online).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
