Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients, including HNWI, institutions, and other key stakeholders in the capital market.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent client growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor investment solutions to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company's investment strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, enhancing the company's brand presence in the market.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's offerings.
Prepare and present investment solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the company's strengths in risk management, corporate governance, and long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S-1) in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the asset management, banking, or insurance sectors.
Active WPPE or WAPERD license from OJK is mandatory.
Extensive network with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients in the capital markets.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of online investment platforms (RDO - Reksa Dana Online).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
