Identify and acquire prospective clients aligned with Shima Design House's services
Conduct presentations and pitch design solutions to potential clients
Prepare and manage proposals through negotiation and closing stages
Coordinate initial communication between clients and internal teams prior to project execution
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in creative agencies or studios is a strong advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and structured follow-up processes
Basic understanding of branding, visual design, product design, and interior design
Preferred Qualifications
Established professional network within F&B, lifestyle, retail, or startup industries
Experience using CRM systems or sales pipeline management tools
