Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire prospective clients aligned with Shima Design House's services
  • Conduct presentations and pitch design solutions to potential clients
  • Prepare and manage proposals through negotiation and closing stages
  • Coordinate initial communication between clients and internal teams prior to project execution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in creative agencies or studios is a strong advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and structured follow-up processes
  • Basic understanding of branding, visual design, product design, and interior design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established professional network within F&B, lifestyle, retail, or startup industries
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales pipeline management tools
