Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Onboarding & Account Support Coordinator to join our international SaaS team.

This role is responsible for supporting new and existing clients after they have signed up, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely follow-ups, and professional communication, helping our clients feel supported and confident using our system.

You will work closely with clients from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, so strong English communication is essential.

You will focus on client coordination, onboarding support, upgrade, and account care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1) Client Onboarding Coordination

(You own everything from signed to fully onboarded)

  • Manage onboarding steps after clients confirm to come on board
  • Coordinate and schedule remote onboarding & data reconciliation sessions
  • Ensure all onboarding documents and requirements are completed correctly and on time
  • Track onboarding progress and make sure no step is missed
  • Work closely with onboarding, sales, and support teams to complete each onboarding smoothly

2) Client Communication & Support

(You are the client's main coordinator)

  • Be the main contact person for clients during onboarding and post-onboarding
  • Respond to general enquiries about the system, billing, and account status
  • Direct technical or complex issues to the correct internal team
  • Ensure all client communication is timely, friendly, and professional
  • Keep CRM and onboarding records accurate and updated

3) Account & Upgrade Support

(You help clients move to higher plans when needed)

  • Assist wihh upgrade enquiries and account-related questions
  • Follow up on upgrade timelines and required actions
  • Help ensure a smooth upgrade experience for existing clients

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Comfortable handling overseas clients (Malaysia & Philippines)
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, polite, and confident communicator
  • Able to work on-site at Yogyakarta
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
