We're looking for aClaude Coder Specialistto help us push the boundaries of AI-assisted software development. This is apart-time position (minimum one month)with the potential to extend if the collaboration goes well.
About the Role
You'll work hands-on withAnthropic's Claude models, building intelligent agent workflows that integrate seamlessly with our products. You'll develop customskills,MCPs (Model Context Protocols),hooks, andagent operationsthat enhance efficiency, automation, and overall system intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and fine-tune Claude-based agents that handle complex, multi-step coding and reasoning tasks.
- Develop and maintainMCP integrations, hooks, and agent skillsto extend Claude's functionality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows through creative, out-of-the-box AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the team, communicating ideas, progress, and technical insights clearly in English.
- Continuously evaluate agent performance, context management, and prompt strategies to ensure reliability and scalability.
Qualifications- Extensive hands-on experience working withClaude (Claude 3 or later), especially in agent development and workflow orchestration.
- Proven ability to design and maintain robustMCP services, hooks, and dynamic skill architectures.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly proactive, innovative, and capable of anticipating challenges before they arise.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to think creatively and experiment with new ideas.
Nice to Have- Experience with other LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) for hybrid agent setups.
- Understanding ofcontext optimization, token usage, andvector database integrations.
- Background in building or extending AI developer tools and internal copilots.
