Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure all eligible claims are escalated for deduction or billing to the appropriate parties.
  • Verify claim allocation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform claim data reconciliation in accordance with the established SLA to maintain accuracy and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all processed claims are accurately documented and free from discrepancies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with same role.
  • Preferably to have experience in logistics and or e-commerce companies/startups is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • Creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
  • Self-starter that is highly capable to work independently
