Job Description

Supervise daily construction work to ensure compliance with working drawings, methods, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
Conduct field inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports, including comprehensive photo documentation
Inspect incoming site materials to ensure quantity and quality match technical specifications
Identify and escalate technical issues while providing basic solutions and following up until resolution
Ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and report any unsafe conditions or actions
Assist the project team with administration, including volume measurements, BOQ checking, and documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of experience in a contractor or developer company, specifically in high-rise or multi-story building projects
Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, casting, and earthworks) and construction workflows
Proficiency in reading technical drawings (structural, architectural, and civil)
Knowledge of construction quality standards and field inspection procedures
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and foremen
Disciplined, with strong time management and a high sense of responsibility
Proactive, quick learner, and highly motivated to develop into a senior engineer role
