Civil Engineer

Requirments :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in the F&B industry
• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Create and interpret technical drawings (shop drawings) using SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Able to measure site or store dimensions accurately and apply them into detailed technical drawings
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimations (RAB), ensuring proper cost control
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timeline to meet company standards
• Provide regular updates and reports throughout the project
