Chinese Teacher

PT Gerbang Pendidikan Nusantara (Mandarin Gate) is a Mandarin language institution in Jakarta, specializing in structured and practical Mandarin programs for kids, teens, adults, and corporate professionals.

We are seeking a passionate and highly competent Mandarin Teacher to deliver impactful, engaging, and results-driven lessons. This hybrid role combines on-site sessions (homes & corporate offices) and online teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, high-quality Mandarin lessons tailored to diverse learners
• Create interactive and outcome-oriented learning experiences
• Monitor student progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
• Continuously refine teaching methods in line with modern pedagogy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Graduates from China or Taiwan are strongly preferred
• Minimum HSK Level 5 (HSK 6 preferred) or equivalent proficiency
• At least 2 years of proven teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, patient, fun, and professional in delivering lessons
• Able to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual and corporate client needs
