Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Speaking Business Development professional, based in Jakarta.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential business opportunities for targeted Chinese-investment companies
2. Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, networking, and direct visits to sell the company's services.
3. Serve as the primary contact for Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Provide analytical business insights to demonstrate service value.
5. Maintain digital logs of daily prospects and meeting outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Marketing.
2. Professional fluency in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, Writing) is mandatory.
3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Has a business acumen, outgoing personality, and financial and business logic.
5. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
