Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the entire security team across all assigned locations, ensuring the implementation of security policies and procedures.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, incident reports, and strategic security recommendations.
3. Develop and implement security plans tailored to each location's needs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures to address potential security threats.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and certifications, including maintaining all necessary team credentials.
7. Respond effectively to emergencies, coordinating with clients, local authorities, and internal teams as needed.
8. Manage and allocate security resources efficiently to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a multi-location setup.
2. Must hold a valid Gada Utama certification.
3. Fluent in English (active), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Having a career background in the military or police, with a mid-level officer rank being a plus
5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
7. Thorough understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
8. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including on-call availability.
9. Good physical condition and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
