Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

We are representing a large, well-established real estate group in Indonesia with diversified assets across development, investment, and operations. As part of its continued growth and capital strategy, the group is seeking to appoint an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team

About the Chief Financial Officer opportunity:

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the CFO will have full responsibility for the financial leadership of the group. This is a highly strategic role, combining hands-on financial management with long-term planning, capital structuring, and stakeholder engagement

• Leading group-wide financial strategy, planning, and governance
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls
• Managing cash flow, treasury, tax, and risk management
• Supporting capital raising, debt structuring, and investor relations
• Partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, M&A, and major projects
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices

The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with strong real estate industry credentials and a proven track record at senior executive level

Skills and experience needed:

• Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience, including senior leadership roles
• Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work at Board and shareholder level
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution
• Strong experience with complex financial structures, project financing, and long-term capital planning
