Joil is a top-performing private-label kitchen appliance brand. I am the Owner, and I am moving to a Chairman role. I need an Owner-Grade Operatorsomeone who thinks and acts like a business owner, handles the strategy, and quadruples the business while I focus on other ventures.
About the Role
This is NOT a Title CEO role. This is for someone who builds systems that make success predictable.
Responsibilities
- 4x Growth Strategy: Own the How and What for reaching the target growth
- Institutionalize Joil: Build the systems (SOPs, KPIs, ERP) so the business runs with 0% founder dependency.
- The Profit Margin Floor: Protect the bottom line through disciplined COGS and OpEx.
- Zero-Surprise Governance: Ensure full legal and financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven Scale-Up: Documented experience scaling a business unit by 3x-4x.
- P&L Mastery: Experience managing a P&L of 20-100 person company
- Marketplace & B2B: Deep knowledge of Shopee/Tokopedia AND offline distribution.
Required Skills
- The Anchor: You are good Follow-Through and decision maker.
- Conflict-Capable: You are comfortable being the high-accountability leader that a team requires.
- Financial Architect: You manage by the dashboard. You understand unit economics and cash-flow cycles better than anyone.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar role within the kitchen appliance industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
