We are seeking for aChief Engineeringwho can oversee facility operations, ensure maintenance efficiency, manage vendors, enforce safety standards, optimize resources, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management Oversee and maintain facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Business Development Identify and implement improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Planning Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Operational Efficiency Ensure optimal performance of facility systems, including maintenance, security, and space management.
• Maintenance Operations Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems, coordinating repairs and upgrades.
• Budget & Cost Control Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize facility expenditures.
• Health & Safety Compliance Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct risk assessments.
• Project Management Oversee renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Vendor & Contract Management Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services from vendors and service providers.
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance trends, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of facility systems, maintenance, and space management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in multinational companies or the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
• Domicile based in Bali.
