Role Description

This is a general role for a Chief Commissioner at PT. Java Energy Semesta. The Chief Commissioner will oversee the company&aposs activities and investments in the energy sector, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with corporate goals. The objects include the executive team, business opportunities, stakeholder relations, and sustainable practices within the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
• Experience in Energy Sector and Infrastructure Investments
• Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Relations skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a senior executive or similar role will be beneficial
